Client Servicing & Post-Production Manager
to manage client communication and ensure smooth post-production delivery across wedding projects.
This role bridges clients, internal post-production teams, and creative timelines--from deal closure to final project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients
Set clear expectations on timelines and deliverables
Manage client feedback and revisions professionally
Plan and prioritise post-production deliverables
Coordinate with editors and creative teams
Track deadlines and manage multiple projects
Ensure quality standards and smooth project closure
Requirements:
Experience in client servicing or post-production coordination
Understanding of wedding films/photography workflow (preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Calm, proactive, and client-friendly approach
