We're looking for a motivated
Client Servicing Executive
with strong knowledge of
Affiliate Marketing
to join our dynamic team and help us build exceptional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, trust, and long-term retention.
Regularly reach out to clients for feedback, new opportunities, and performance discussions.
Handle email reach out and monitor their effectiveness.
Strategize and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and reach.
Monitor trends in the affiliate marketing space and share relevant insights with clients.
Oversee and coordinate the execution of digital campaigns, affiliate programs, and other online marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
1 year experience in client servicing or digital marketing.
Strong affiliate marketing knowledge (mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage cross-functional projects
Ability to manage multiple clients & deadlines.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
