This is the second innings for our founders in Digital, they previously sold their agency to large agency network. We are currently well sourced with brand specialists, HR specialists, data analysts, digital planners, creative mavericks & technologists. We are looking for a

Client Servicing Executive

who will work closely with a portfolio of our top-tier clients, supporting their digital marketing needs across SEO, SMO, PPC, and online campaigns. This is a pivotal role that blends client management, strategic thinking, project execution, and proactive service delivery.

You'll collaborate with internal cross-functional teams--Creative, Design, Development, and Media--to ensure seamless and timely execution of campaigns while ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Client Strategy:



Work closely with clients to understand their digital marketing objectives challenges, expectations and business goals. Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on industry trends and best practices. Develop and present campaign strategy based on the objectives and goals

Client Relationship Management:



Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships Effectively communicate project briefs, updates, and timelines to clients. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to existing clients and identifying account growth opportunities. Collecting regular feedback from clients and sharing the insights for development Attending client meetings as and when required

Project Coordination:



Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and strategy, to ensure seamless execution of projects. Ensure that project timelines are met and deliverables align with clients' expectations. Drive the development of social media calendars and campaign plans with copy and art teams Monitor daily tasks and deliverables to ensure quality and efficiency. Help nurture incoming leads by managing communication, queries, and relationship building. Identify potential for account growth and liaise with the Sales team to convert leads.

Campaign Reporting:



Prepare and present monthly reports on campaign and social media calendars to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement. Maintain MIS reports

Problem Resolution:



Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients to maintain a positive relationship.

Desired Candidate Profile



Experience and understanding of digital and marketing landscape Any prior experience in Client Servicing A digital Native, Active on Social Media platforms Excellent written & communication skills Adherence to deadlines and able to maintain quality standards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
