Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, production) to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Manage end-to-end
mainline campaigns
including TV, print, outdoor, and radio.
Understand client requirements, prepare briefs, and ensure proper communication of client objectives to internal teams.
Monitor campaign progress and provide updates to clients.
Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and proposals when needed.
Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in
client servicing/account management
, preferably in an
advertising agency
.
Experience handling
mainline media campaigns
(TV, Print, Outdoor, Radio).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
