About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Success
to join our CS team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing support role within the

Key Responsibilities:
Handle client queries and provide prompt resolutions via email, chat, or calls.
Troubleshoot basic product or service-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Provide feedback for process and product improvements.
Requirements:
