, you will act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day communication, coordinating campaign deliverables, and ensuring timely execution of client requirements all while maintaining a strong relationship with the client.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the bridge between the client and creative, digital, and strategy teams.
Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams.
Coordinate the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign updates for clients.
Attend client meetings (virtual/in-person), take minutes, and follow up on deliverables.
Stay updated on client industries and proactively suggest ideas to enhance campaigns or brand presence.
Assist in billing, documentation, and administrative tasks related to client accounts.
Requirements
0-2 years of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, or internships in advertising/marketing agencies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
