Position: Client Servicing ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event/wedding lifecycle. Understand client expectations, communicate briefs clearly, and ensure flawless execution. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, decor, planning, logistics) to deliver smooth event experiences. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term association and referrals. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and service pitches. Participate in meetings, venue visits, and event rehearsals with clients. Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to maintain service standards. Handle client queries professionally with a problem-solving approach. Support the sales team in closing deals and generating business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in Client Servicing

is mandatory.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the hotel industry

(Front Office, Banquets, Sales, Guest Relations, Event Sales). Strong understanding of

sales

, customer handling, and communication processes. Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English & Hindi). High level of professionalism, grooming, and people-handling skills. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Good negotiation and presentation abilities. Willingness to travel for events when required. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
