We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Client Servicing to join our consultancy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing our key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain Coordination with Clients, Recruiter's & Franchise's.
Understand clients' needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide solutions to address them.
Ensure clients receive a high level of service and support.
Achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Serve as a liaison between the client and various internal departments within the organization.
Ensure effective communication and coordination to meet client needs.
Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly.
Interview line up Coordination with client, recruiter's & franchise's.
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
