Client Servicing Executive

with strong communication, coordination, and project management skills. The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple clients, understand their requirements, and ensure smooth delivery of services by coordinating with internal teams. Key Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in client servicing or account management Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions Experience in coordinating with design, content, marketing, and technical teams Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and relationship-building skills Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, etc.) Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Excellent time management, negotiation, and presentation skills

Role & Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams Understand client objectives and ensure timely, quality service delivery Plan, manage, and track project timelines and deliverables Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and updates with clients Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction Coordinate with creative, technical, and marketing teams for smooth execution Handle client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure client expectations are met Provide performance reports and strategic suggestions to clients
