Client Servicing Executive (experiential Events)
Job Description
Experience with reputed experiential events agency is must for the role. Good Strong experience in client coordination / Power Point / Event conceptualisation. Responsibilities:
Oversee event-related design projects and manage outside agencies and freelancers;
Oversee event execution for events, from conception to budget to after event reviews;
Manage marketing event resources including the India events calendar, events budget, and event specific swag;
Coordinate logistics, including organizing vendors, catering, security, live stream/video, registration, facilities,
shipping, and signage
Manage project timelines
Develop best practices and standards across teams and then build on best practices for event planning,
execution and measurement
Build strong industry relationships with marketing partners and key vendors. Requirements: Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field would be preferred.
Confident presence, working with executives both internally and externally;
Strong track record of working well in cross functional teams;
Experience producing compelling marketing content for multiple audiences;Ability to work well under pressure, with tight deadlines excellent eye for detail Creative flair to bring fresh ideas into marketing campaigns. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 940,000.00 - 975,000.00 per month Benefits:
