Act as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
Understand client requirements and coordinate with operations, design, and vendors
Prepare and manage
client presentations, proposals, and reports
Create and update
PowerPoint presentations (PPTs)
with clear data and visuals
Work extensively on
Excel & Google Sheets
for budgets, trackers, MIS, and reports
Conduct
market research, competitor analysis, and client-related research
Maintain proper documentation on
Google Drive
and ensure data accuracy
Support senior team members in client meetings and presentations
Ensure timely execution and delivery of client requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of
MS Excel & Google Sheets
Excellent command over
PowerPoint / PPT presentations
Good
English communication skills
(verbal & written)
Hands-on experience with
Google Drive, Docs, Slides, and Sheets
Good analytical and research skills
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in
events, advertising, marketing, or BTL agency
Basic understanding of branding, activations, or corporate events
Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams
