The job entails handling marketing communication of brands by virtue of client servicing, strategic and marketing support, and coordination with internal, external teams and vendors.

Excellent communication skills and unparalleled presentation skills are a must have.

Prior experience in the core advertising and marketing industry in similar/same profile is a must. Brand management is going to be an integral part of KRA.

You should have experience/ interest in developing business and earning commission for the business you generate. This job does not include target based business development but we highly encourage you to do it and earn way more than your salary.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Servicing

2. Brand Management

3. Coordinating with internal and external teams

4. Research on brands, clients, competition

5. Strategising and planning various marketing communication campaigns and solutions

6.Day-to-day management of in-house tasks/campaigns/projects and client promotions

7. Creating and Participating in pitch presentations

8. Up-selling of services to current clients

9. Business development (not target based)

10. Supporting creative, content, and online team

11.Content development for in-house and client requirements

Work Experience:

1-3 years

Key Skills:

1. Prior experience in a similar profile

2.Excellent communication skills(oral and written)

3.Good presentation skills

4. A degree in marketing -communication is a plus

People management, Excellent Communication skills (Written & oral), Excellent Presentation skills (In person as well as PPT), Basic Knowledge of Marketing Tools and Jargons
