Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, marketing, etc.) to execute client requirements effectively.
Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns as per client expectations.
Address client queries, concerns, and escalations in a prompt and professional manner.
Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and deliverables.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media agencies is a plus.
