Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships. Understand client objectives and ensure the delivery of services aligns with their expectations. Coordinate with internal departments to manage and execute client projects efficiently. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and promote account growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of one year of experience in client servicing,

or a similar role--experience in the e-commerce industry is strongly preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence
