Client Servicing Executive - Digital Marketing

to manage client communications, understand requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams Coordinate campaign execution and ensure timely deliverables Handle client queries, feedback, and follow-ups professionally Assist in negotiations, proposals, and service coordination Maintain strong client relationships and support business growth

Requirements & Skills

Proficiency in

English (written and verbal)

Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

Basic to intermediate

knowledge of digital marketing concepts

Good

negotiation and procurement skills

Enthusiastic learner with a growth mindset Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
