To act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination, timely communication, and effective delivery of services related to civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination & Communication
Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client requirements, drawings, and specifications
Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and deliverables
Address client queries and coordinate resolutions with internal teams
Project Support
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress
Coordinate with design, execution, and site teams for smooth delivery
Support preparation of BOQs, estimates, proposals, and presentations
Ensure adherence to agreed timelines and service standards
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain client correspondence, MOMs, reports, and approvals
Support contract documentation and change requests
Prepare periodic MIS and project status reports
Quality & Relationship Management
Ensure client satisfaction through timely and accurate responses
Escalate risks or delays proactively
Build long-term relationships through professional servicing
Education & Experience
BE / B Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 1 year experience in client coordination, project support, or site coordination role
Mandatory Requirement
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
Ready for frequent local travel

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹310,000.00 per year
