About The Role -
The Customer Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing accounts to drive growth and retention. This role involves working closely with both internal teams and customers to understand needs, solve problems, and deliver solutions that align with customer goals and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering long-term relationships with customers.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of customer needs.
Proactively monitor and address any client concerns or issues, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Account Strategy & Growth
:
Develop and execute account strategies to meet clients' business goals and objectives.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling based on customer needs and market trends.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction and performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
Project Management & Coordination
:
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, support, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of products or services to clients.
Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and clear expectations.
Customer Success
:
Monitor and assess client engagement to identify potential risks to account retention.
Provide support and advice to help customers utilize products and services effectively.
Ensure clients receive maximum value from their accounts through regular communication and support.
Collaboration & Teamwork
:
Work closely with sales teams to support customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure client communication and campaigns align with their needs.
Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and processes.

Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure strategies are relevant and effective.
