Key Responsibilities
Serve as the
main liaison
between client and agency--intake briefs, provide updates, manage feedback, and foster trust
Translate client objectives
into clear, actionable briefs for creative, media, production, and digital teams
Coordinate campaign delivery
--manage timelines, budgets, approvals, and billing FounditInfinity Advertising Network.
Monitor performance and reporting
--track campaign outcomes, analyze results, and recommend optimizations
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and support new business pitches
Maintain transparency--prepare presentations, proposals, and communicate strategy clearly
Stay current with
industry trends and media landscape
, particularly digital and ATL channels
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
1-5 years
of hands-on experience in
client servicing/account management
within an advertising or marketing agency
