Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
?

Loyalty Campaign Execution

- Manage loyalty and reward-based campaigns end-to-end, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
?

B2B Outreach

- Call and follow up with new B2B prospects, helping the sales team open doors and drive conversations forward.
?

Client Communication

- Interact with clients in a confident, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
?

Issue Resolution

- Handle client queries with maturity and a problem-solving mindset.
?

Internal Coordination

- Work closely with creative, tech, and execution teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Continuous Improvement

- Leverage client feedback to enhance services and create impactful experiences.
