Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive

Client Servicing Executive

to join our team. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth execution of radio campaigns, and coordinating between sales, creative, and programming teams. Candidates with a

two-wheeler

are preferred, as the job requires frequent client visits .

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a point of contact between clients and the station's internal departments. To meet sales target. Assist the sales team in post-sales activities, including campaign execution and documentation. Coordinate with creative and production teams for timely delivery of client campaigns. Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and effective communication. Maintain records of campaigns, client feedback, and billing details. Handle basic administrative tasks related to client servicing and operations. Conduct on-ground visits to clients for campaign updates, approvals, and relationship management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.93 - ₹25,000.00 per month
