Brand Imprint is looking for a dynamic and proactive

Client Servicing Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in client servicing, a strong command of English communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Knowledge of digital marketing will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams. Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution of deliverables. Coordinate with creative, strategy, and digital teams to ensure smooth project flow. Prepare and present regular updates and reports to clients. Maintain long-term relationships with clients and work to upsell services when appropriate. Handle client queries efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a client servicing role, preferably in advertising or digital marketing. Bachelor's degree (any stream). Strong English communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus. Willingness to work on-site full-time.
