Key Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their digital marketing goals and requirements. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, performance marketing, etc.) to ensure timely execution of client projects. Prepare and present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients. Monitor project progress and address client concerns proactively. Assist in client onboarding, briefing sessions, and strategy meetings. Ensure contracts, invoices, and agreements are handled efficiently.

Requirements:



1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role in a digital marketing agency. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and a client-first approach.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
