We are looking for a dynamic and creative

Client Servicing cum Content Writer

who excels at building strong client relationships while delivering compelling content across digital platforms. This role demands excellent communication skills, a flair for writing, and the ability to generate impactful content ideas that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their brand voice, goals, and deliverables. Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Manage feedback and revisions to maintain client satisfaction. Build long-term relationships by consistently delivering value and insights.

Content Writing & Ideation:

Write clear, engaging, and original content for blogs, social media, websites, email campaigns, and more. Develop creative content strategies and campaign ideas based on client briefs. Conduct research to ensure factual accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create cohesive storytelling.

Requirements:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong command over English grammar, style, and tone. Proven experience in content creation and client management. Ability to think creatively and generate unique ideas. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with social media trends, SEO basics, and content marketing tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field. Portfolio showcasing writing samples and previous client-facing experience.
