Job Description

1. JOB PURPOSE:



The Client Servicing Coordinator supports the Client Servicing Executive by providing creative suggestions, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring seamless client interactions.

2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Assist Client Servicing Executives in all client meetings. Take notes, document client information during meetings, and update records in company software/sheets. Handle all client queries and concerns efficiently. Provide relevant service information or refer clients to the appropriate department. Maintain an accurate Customer Relationship Management database by entering and updating client details. Assist in developing presentations and quotations. Adhere to company policies and procedures while assisting customers. Ensure a positive customer experience. Continuously follow up on event execution as per the client's vision. Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Strictly follow the Standard Operating Procedures set by the company for Client Servicing Executives. Report to top management. Undertake any additional tasks assigned by top management.

3. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:



Education:

Graduation - BBA, B.Com, or equivalent.

Experience:

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.

Pay: ₹14,069.85 - ₹20,000.00 per month
