Role Summary

The BD + Client Servicing professional will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing end-to-end client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of events and brand activations. The role requires a blend of sales acumen, relationship management, activation planning, and on-ground operational coordination to deliver impactful brand experiences while driving revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development (BD)

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in corporate events, brand activations, experiential marketing, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional campaigns Pitch integrated event and activation concepts aligned with client marketing objectives Understand client briefs and convert them into commercially viable event & activation proposals Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and activation-wise commercials; negotiate with clients Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and market research Track competition, market trends, consumer engagement formats, and activation innovations
Client Servicing (CS)

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across events and brand activations Manage client expectations and maintain long-term relationships Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, activation staff, promoters, vendors, logistics) for smooth execution Plan and manage on-ground brand activations including malls, corporate parks, retail outlets, roadshows, exhibitions, and sampling activities Ensure timely approvals, deliverables, and communication with clients Supervise on-ground execution, manpower deployment, and activation reporting Handle client feedback, changes, and escalations professionally Ensure events and activations are delivered as per agreed scope, budget, and timelines Post-event / post-activation reporting, ROI analysis, billing coordination, and closure
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
