Client Servicing Manager

. The role involves end-to-end client management -- from understanding client requirements to ensuring flawless execution of their dream wedding. The ideal candidate will have a passion for premium service, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high-net-worth clients with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to event completion.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client visions, preferences, and expectations to deliver personalized experiences.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams design, production, operations, and vendors to ensure client requirements are communicated clearly.
Prepare and present event proposals, mood boards, and presentations tailored to client briefs.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and milestones throughout the event planning process.
Client Meetings & Communication:
Organize and lead regular client meetings, calls, and updates.
Provide expert advice and guidance on event concepts, trends, and luxury experiences.
Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
On-ground Management:
Be present on event days to manage client expectations and ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure event setups align with client approvals.
Manage last-minute client requests and troubleshoot in real-time.
Budget & Documentation:
Assist in preparing event budgets and ensure transparency with clients regarding costs.
Oversee contracts, approvals, and documentation related to client deliverables.
Post-Event Servicing:
Manage post-event feedback, thank-you communication, and client retention strategies.
Assist in generating referrals, testimonials, and future business opportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or a related field.
3-5 years of client servicing experience, preferably in luxury weddings, premium events, or hospitality.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint / Keynote, and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
