You'll be a part of the team specialized in producing and localization of voice over, E-leaning content and articulate 360 courses in Indian and foreign languages. across the industries IT, aviation, Pharma, Automobile, eLearning, Manufacturing, Publication, hospitality, finance etc.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Client servicing and Business development Assistant. Manager
to oversee delivery of multimedia-rich projects includes voice recording, translations, video and articulate courses localization in national and international languages. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards and make sure continues business with effective services.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Project Management:
Plan, schedule, and manage eLearning media development projects from conception to completion.
Ensure all media assets are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
2.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and gathering feedback on media development progress.
Conduct regular reviews to align media outputs with client expectations.
3.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
4.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and post-project reviews.
5.
Quality Assurance:
Review media content for accuracy, engagement, and compliance with eLearning standards.
Conduct usability testing to ensure functionality across devices and platforms.
6.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline media production workflows and adopt new technologies.
Stay updated on trends in eLearning media production, including AI tools, interactive video, and immersive technologies (VR/AR).
Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions for media, translation, and localization projects.
Coordinate with internal teams (vendors, project managers, and creative teams) to ensure smooth project execution.
Address client concerns and resolve issues proactively to maintain long-term relationships.
Regularly update clients on project status, deliverables, and timelines.
Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the media, translation, and localization industry.
Research and approach potential clients through various channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events, etc.).
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals successfully.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and lead-generation campaigns.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the industry.

Project Management:

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in
client servicing and business development
, preferably in media production, translation, or localization services.
Strong understanding of
translation, voice-over, subtitling, and video production
workflows.
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
with an ability to build strong relationships.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work with international clients across different time zones.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
and CRM tools.
A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with
global clients and multicultural teams

Knowledge of
multiple languages
is an added advantage.
Familiarity with
CAT tools, dubbing software, or video editing tools
is a plus.
Salary:
25,000/- PM ( Negotiable)
