We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Client Servicing Executive

to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between the agency and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery of campaigns, and high-quality service.

Fluency in Marathi is essential

, as the role involves interacting with Marathi-speaking clients and understanding regional market nuances.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines, and communicate them clearly to internal teams. Coordinate with creative, media, production, and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns. Prepare briefs, presentations, proposals, and performance reports. Manage project timelines, budgets, and approvals. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and feedback sessions. Assist in brainstorming and ideation for campaign strategies. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional insights, especially within the Marathi-speaking audience. Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities to upsell agency services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail. Basic understanding of digital marketing will be an advantage.
