We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Client Servicing Manager who can independently manage multiple client accounts and act as a strong link between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have solid agency experience and exposure to clients across Real Estate, FMCG, Education, Jewellery, Retail, and related sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Understand client objectives and convert them into clear briefs
Account & Campaign Management
Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with creative, digital, media, and production teams
Communicate client feedback clearly and ensure timely revisions
Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines
Strategic Support & Growth
Participate in campaign planning, presentations, and pitches
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
Contribute to account growth and client retention
Financial & Reporting Responsibilities
Prepare estimates, proposals, and release orders
Track billing, collections, and outstanding payments
Ensure profitability and cost efficiency of accounts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Com., Advertising.
4-7 years of experience in an Advertising / Digital Agency
Proven experience handling clients from Real Estate, FMCG, Education, Jewellery, etc.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
