About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced
Account Manager
to act as the key link between our clients and the agency's creative, design, and strategy teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and brand communication, ensuring client expectations are met with creative excellence and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Understand client objectives and translate them into clear creative briefs for internal teams.
Coordinate with strategy, creative, design, and media teams to deliver campaigns on time.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and approvals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing clients.
Ensure final deliverables align with client expectations and brand guidelines.
Prepare reports and presentations for campaign performance and reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency.
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and campaigns.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of digital and traditional media.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Strategic thinking with creative sensibility.
Team leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
