Mandatory-

Candidates should have 70% in 10th, 12th and 60% In Graduation and MBA.

Should have good communication skill.

Age criteria - Up to -28 years max

Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. Prepare and maintain client records, reports, and documentation. Assist in resolving client issues and escalate complex problems when necessary. Monitor client satisfaction and suggest improvements for service quality. Support sales teams in upselling and cross-selling company products/services. Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings. Achieve set targets related to client retention, satisfaction, and service standards.
