Job Summary

Himalaya International is looking for a proactive and client-focused

Client Servicing Executive

with prior

B2B sales experience

. The role involves managing corporate clients, coordinating between internal teams and customers, and ensuring timely execution of branding, signage, and manufacturing projects while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end client servicing

for B2B customers, from enquiry to project closure Act as the

single point of contact

for assigned corporate and channel clients Understand client requirements related to branding, signage, fabrication, and retail solutions Coordinate with

design, production, purchase, and installation teams

for smooth execution Prepare and share

quotations, proposals, work orders, and timelines

Follow up on approvals, artwork finalization, and production schedules Ensure

timely delivery and installation

as per client commitment Maintain strong

post-sales relationships

and ensure customer satisfaction Identify opportunities for

repeat business and upselling

Maintain client data, MOMs, reports, and sales tracking sheets Assist in resolving client complaints or service-related issues professionally
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong

B2B client handling and relationship management

skills Good communication skills (verbal & written) Ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments Negotiation and follow-up skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and reporting Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
Experience & Qualifications

2-5 years of experience

in

B2B sales / client servicing

Experience in

signage, branding, fabrication, advertising, retail fit-outs, or manufacturing

will be preferred Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage)
