About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Client Servicing Manager
who can take full ownership of projects -- from understanding client briefs to final execution. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of planning, budgeting, coordinating teams, and ensuring a high-quality delivery of events, especially weddings, social events, and corporate activations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the
single point of contact
for clients from briefing to project closure.
Understand and interpret client needs to develop tailored event strategies.
Create detailed
project plans
, timelines, and
budgets
.
Liaise with internal teams (design, production, logistics, etc.) and external vendors to ensure flawless execution.
Handle client communication with professionalism and clarity throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Manage on-ground execution and address issues in real time.
Ensure client satisfaction and project profitability.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in
event/wedding management
, with a strong portfolio of end-to-end executed events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and budgeting ability.
Proven experience in client handling, vendor coordination, and on-ground operations.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
Willingness to travel for events as needed.
At least delivered 1Cr project end to end
