The Client Servicing Manager will be the key link between clients and The Wise Owl's internal teams. This role demands a proactive communicator who understands business objectives, coordinates creative and digital efforts, and ensures smooth delivery of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary communicator between clients and the agency.
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable briefs for the creative, content, and media teams.
- Plan, execute, and monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
- Present campaign performance reports, strategy decks, and insights to clients regularly.
- Anticipate client needs and offer proactive solutions and ideas.
- Ensure all deliverables align with client expectations and agency standards.
- Manage timelines, approvals, and budgets efficiently.
- Support in new business pitches and client retention efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business management.
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing or account management (agency experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to digital marketing and media planning.
- Understanding of campaign analytics and performance tracking.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
