With a passion for design excellence and a commitment to client satisfaction, we are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team and elevate our client experience to new heights.
We're seeking a Client Service Manager to be the bridge between our clients and internal teams. The role focuses on relationship building, smooth project execution, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Understand client goals and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Coordinate with internal teams for execution.
Handle client feedback, issues, and escalations.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Prepare client reports and performance updates.
Requirements
Graduate in Business/Marketing/Communications (or relevant field).
3+ years in client servicing or account management.
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/CRM/project management tools.

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Civil Lines, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
