Key Responsibilities:
1. Primary Point of Contact to the Client
2. Conduct client onboarding and weekly routine activities
3. Promptly respond to Client queries
4. Be Polite & Professional to help develop and maintain a strong professional relationship
5. Identify opportunities for growth and up-sell
6. Collaborate with the product team and give feedback on clients' needs
7. Provide training and guidance to the client on how to best use the QubeHealth Product Ideal
Candidate Background:
a. 1.5 years in a Key Client Servicing, Client management role in SaaS / Software, Digital Marketing, Corporate Insurance, or Hospitality
b. Genuine Client Empathy and strong time management skills
c. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
d. Familiarity with G Suite & Zoho CRM
e. Fluency in English
f. Excited to travel, meet new people, and build and grow relationships
