Responsibilities:

Lead and manage client accounts and servicing teams Act as the main point of contact between clients and the creative/production teams Develop and maintain strong client relationships Handle campaign planning, execution, and reporting Ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services Manage communication flow and brand strategy execution
Requirements:

Must have experience in a creative/advertising/media agency

Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to handle multiple clients and coordinate between teams Strategic mindset with attention to detail
