Responsibilities
Act as the main liaison between IT clients and internal delivery teams.
Build and maintain trusted relationships through regular check-ins and account reviews.
Understand client business goals, technical environments, and talent requirements.
Partner with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure timely, high-quality candidate submissions.
Proactively address client concerns and resolve service issues.
Track client satisfaction, placement outcomes, and account performance.
Identify opportunities to expand services and grow client accounts.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, contracts, and SLAs.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in client services, account management, or relationship management (preferably within IT staffing/consulting).
Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and project lifecycles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn) and productivity tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
