Client Servicing Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)

Industry: Furniture & Fixture | Retail Display | Visual Merchandising

Experience: 4-6 Years

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring smooth project execution? We're looking for a Client Servicing Manager who can be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring top-notch delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact between clients & internal teams (design, production, installation).

2. Understand client requirements & ensure accurate briefing.

3. Manage multiple accounts & projects with timely delivery.

4. Provide regular updates & maintain strong after-sales relationships.

5. Coordinate with vendors & suppliers to meet deadlines.

6. Resolve client issues promptly & professionally.

7. Support business growth by upselling & identifying new opportunities.

Skills & Requirements:? Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).? 4-6 years of proven client servicing/account management experience (retail branding, furniture, or VM preferred).? Strong communication & presentation skills.? Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.? Knowledge of production & installation cycles.?
