Monday to Saturday

Timings:

10 AM - 7 PM (Flexibility required as per event hours)

About the Role:



We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Client Servicing Professional

from the

Events & Marketing industry

who can independently handle client communication, event planning, and project execution.

Required Industry Experience:



Candidate

must

have hands-on experience in:

BTL Activations ATL Activations Product Launches Car Delivery Events Conferences Drive Events Exhibitions & Stalls

Key Responsibilities:



Preparing accurate

quotations

Conducting

client meetings

and understanding requirements Creating impactful

presentations

Coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution Managing end-to-end communication and ensuring timely delivery

Work Environment & Expectations:



Standard office hours:

10 AM - 7 PM (Mon-Sat)

The events industry requires flexibility -- candidates must be comfortable working extended hours when needed. Events executed
