Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns. Ensure timely follow-ups and effective resolution of client issues. Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements. Maintain accurate client records and interaction details. Support retention, upselling, and overall client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities. Good interpersonal and relationship management skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage. Ability to handle multiple clients and meet timelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?13,500.00 - ?26,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
