We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. Service Delivery
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Monitor service performance and proactively address potential issues.
Ensure all client interactions meet or exceed company quality standards.
3.Communication and Reporting
Provide regular updates to clients on service status, project progress, and issue resolution.
Prepare and present detailed reports on client accounts and performance metrics.
Communicate feedback from clients to relevant teams for continuous improvement..
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service, client management, or a similar role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
