Answering client queries over calls or emails.
Maintaining the Turn-around-time for each client query/issue and follow up with the respective departments.
Ensuring that the client KYC is completed.
Generating EOD reports.
Assisting walk-in clients with the registration process.

Diligent, process oriented person capable of understanding, learning and then implementing the process.
Able to multi-task
Has a client centric approach.
Very good in oral and written communication
Has Basic functional knowledge of computers
Good in English and Hindi
