A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business administration, communication, or customer relationship management.
Preferred 1+ years of experience with Car Dealers / or Automobile Industry.
Well verse with RTO Process like Name change/ Hypothecation / PT tax / Challan / online payouts etc.
Fluency in English, Hindi and at least one regional language.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure and with Team
Soft skills such as patience, adaptability, and empathy.
If experience then well verse with CRM
Excellent organizational and time management & Communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sharing daily MIS to Client and Management
Update client all latest GR and RTO Notices
Update client about the RTO Status - In process / Hold / Drop / Document Pending / In Disbursement Stage
If needed speak to RTO vendors to update the escalated case or emergency case to client.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
Provide prompt, efficient, and satisfactory responses to client inquiries.
Identify opportunities for improving the clients experience and provide feedback to relevant teams and departments. Like wishing them on New Year / Various festivals / on Co Anniversary Date etc.
Analyses client's data to identify patterns and insights; and leverage this information to enhance customer relationship management strategies.
Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, logistics, and product development) to optimize the existing client experience journey.
