We are dedicated to delivering high-quality customer experiences and solutions. As part of our growing team, we are looking for passionate and professional Customer Support Executives to assist our UAE-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with UAE-based clients. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner. Provide guidance and support regarding documentation, services, and processes. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up where required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively. Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Accurately record customer interactions, service requests, and work updates in the CRM tool.
Requirements

Previous experience in customer support, call center, or client servicing (preferred). Strong communication skills in

English

(knowledge of Arabic or Malayalam/Hindi is a plus). Good telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling). Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
