Key Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams - from briefing to delivery.
Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project flow.
Handle day-to-day client communication, updates, and feedback.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and post-event reports.
Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
Support the senior servicing team in managing multiple accounts and campaigns.
Candidate Profile
2-3 years of experience in
client servicing/account management
within an events or brand activations agency.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines.
A good eye for detail and a flair for delivering quality.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
