Role Objective

The Junior Client Servicing Executive will support day-to-day client coordination, internal team

communication, pitch preparation, and project execution, while learning the end-to-end functioning of a

creative & video production agency.

This role is ideal for someone ambitious, presentable, camera-friendly, tech-savvy, and eager to build a

long-term career in advertising, branding, and video production.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Coordination

? Act as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients

? Understand client briefs and translate them clearly to internal teams

? Coordinate between creative, design, video production, digital teams, and vendors

? Track timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple projects

? Follow up with clients for feedback, approvals, and information

Pitch Decks & Presentations

? Assist in creating pitch decks, proposals, and presentation documents

? Work on Canva and PowerPoint to build visually strong, structured decks

? Update decks based on feedback from senior leadership and clients

? Maintain consistency in branding, layouts, and storytelling

Project Execution & Shoot Support

? Support planning, scheduling, and execution of creative, video & digital projects

? Assist during shoots, events, recce, and on-ground activations

? Coordinate logistics such as shoot schedules, locations, vendors, and basic documentation

? Be comfortable working on-ground with production teams

Social Media, Reels & AI-Led Content Support

? Be social-media friendly with working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

? Assist in coordinating and creating reels, short videos, BTS content, and shoot-based content

? Comfortable being camera-friendly when required for content

? Edit basic shoot-based reels on mobile editing apps (e.g., InShot, CapCut, VN, etc.) - additional

advantage

? Basic understanding of AI tools for:

o Content ideation

o Caption support

o Reel formats & trends

o Workflow efficiency (ChatGPT, AI editing aids, etc.)

Communication & Professional Representation

? Draft professional emails, WhatsApp updates, and internal coordination notes

? Participate in client calls and meetings with clear and confident communication

? Represent the agency in a professional, presentable, and polished manner

Learning, Growth & Ownership

? Actively learn video production workflows, creative processes, and agency operations

? Take ownership of tasks and show initiative beyond instructions

? Work on global projects and Fortune 500 clients based on performance and capability

? Grow into a Client Servicing / Account Management role over time

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

? Graduate / Post-Graduate in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Media, or related field

? Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a creative / digital / advertising / video agency

? Candidates with strong internships and agency exposure may be considered

Skills & Software Knowledge

Mandatory

? Excellent spoken and written English

? Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking skills

? Proficiency in:

o Canva (pitch decks, layouts, proposals)

o Microsoft PowerPoint

o Google Drive, Docs, Sheets

? Social media platform familiarity

Additional Advantage (Highly Preferred)

? Basic mobile video editing skills (InShot / CapCut / VN or similar)

? Understanding of AI tools for content, reels, and productivity

? Interest in video production and on-ground shoots

? Camera-friendly and comfortable with short-form video content

Travel & Flexibility

? Open to travel within Mumbai and across India for shoots, meetings, and events

? Flexible with working hours during shoots or project deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
