About The Job:

  • The Client Services Consultant (CSC) is responsible for the day-to-day delivery and management of client service offerings including but not limited to: Contractor Compliance, Employer of Record (EoR) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) Solutions. The CSC reports to the Program Manager or Operations Manager.
  • The CSC must maintain quality customer service and day to day operations, with a primary focus on meeting contractual deliverables as outlined in the Scope of Work.
  • Depending on the size of the team, the CSC scope of responsibilities may be limited to one product line or may span over multiple service offerings. The CSC will be a subject matter expert for all stakeholders for their product line(s) and serve as a trusted advisor for the situations that may arise.
  • CSC must be knowledgeable of the client's culture, expectations, and codes of conduct. A strong sense of customer service manner is required at all times.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Develop positive and professional relationships with client users of program
  • Answer incoming phones calls and emails within compliance of established SLAs
  • Generate all required reports to both client and on a timely basis
  • Follow all required client and procedures and policies
  • Be available to client, suppliers, and workers as a subject matter expert in the contingent workforce employment arena. This includes basic understanding of onboarding protocols, employee relations, immigration and visa types, payroll processing, end of assignment, etc.
  • Identify process efficiencies and recommend implementation to the Manager
  • Follow and assist in updating the SOP "Standard Operating Procedures" for day-to-day procedures
  • Implement new processes and provide feedback on current processes
  • Provide consistent and timely updates of issues and resolution in a timely manner, related to the worker, manager and supplier
  • Escalate any serious issues that may jeopardize client's reputation
  • Facilitate the fulfillment of temporary requisitions utilizing the vendor management system (VMS) to update and maintain all data in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and complete vendor management system (VMS) records for all in-scope workers
  • Partner with Suppliers, Managers and or EOR Workers to ensure they are receiving the appropriate level of program support
  • Efficiently and effectively manage the relationship/interaction of the approved suppliers and managers, including but not limited to ensuring compliance across supplier partnerships by communicating program requirements, partnering on worker related situations, adherence to contract terms and documenting quality issues and supplier performance
  • Proactively meet with hiring managers to define requisition requirements and/or meet new hiring managers for program introduction
  • Conduct requisition intake calls with suppliers to convey additional information as needed to empower suppliers for success
  • Provide orientation or first day details as needed to workers/vendors and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Partner with Human Resources and Manager to facilitate and guide Employee Relations issues with client, suppliers (when applicable) and workers
  • Stay up to date on and have a good understanding of all general HR labor laws and compliance
  • Ensure job description are classified correctly according to FLSA standards
  • Understand applicable components of the Master Service Agreement to ensure that deliverables are met as outlined
  • Partner with internal teams to facilitate SOW or 1099 process end to end: screen potential Contractors or Vendors against IRS Guidelines as needed, and complete compliance
  • Educate hiring managers on differences between service lines and provide recommendations to ensure workers are correctly aligned
  • Display integrity in the use of equipment, resources, and materials
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience working in a relevant area such as MSP, staffing industry operations, HR/recruiting, or customer service
  • Experience in healthcare staffing or operations for healthcare or clinical environments preferred
  • Prior VMS experience: Magnit, Beeline, Fieldglass or VNDLY preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and interpersonally with all levels of staff and clients
  • Must have strong customer service skills, to build/establish rapport with client partners
  • Able to multi-task, stay organized and be detail oriented
  • Critical thinker, with a solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Flexible, adaptable, personable and willing to pivot as needed
  • Able to handle large email volume, with positive email etiquette
  • Working knowledge of computers and MS Office Suite- (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
