A Client Service Representative is the frontline professional who interacts with clients to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure smooth communication between the client and the company. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
Maintain and update client records using CRM software.
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests.Follow up on client interactions to ensure satisfaction.
Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining service offerings.
Support administrative tasks related to client accounts.
Build sustainable relationships with clients through open, clear communication.
