Job Description

Key Responsibilities



? Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide product

information, and resolve issues efficiently.

? Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming for a first-contact resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.

? Maintain a thorough understanding product line to offer accurate

information and recommendations to customers

? Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions and guide them

through the purchasing process.

? Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to aid in product and

service improvements.

? Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the

CRM system.

? Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and

resolve any cross-functional issues.

Qualifications



? Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

? Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or related role.

Skills:



? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

? Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

? Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.

? Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
